Tell Sani the outcome you want, then include the records, dates, or constraints that identify the work. A useful request names the task without requiring special command syntax.

Include the relevant context

When you know it, include:
  • The client or site involved.
  • The operating date or date range.
  • The truck, route, agreement, job, or invoice involved.
  • The result you want Sani to produce.
  • Any constraint Sani must preserve.
For example, ask Sani to find work for a particular client on a specific date instead of asking only to “find the job.”

Review the result

Check that Sani identified the correct records and interpreted the request as intended. Review operational, access, and financial changes carefully before relying on them. If Sani cannot perform the request, the workspace may need additional setup, Sani may need access, or the requested capability may require Sani to be hired.
