Use these meanings when reading Sanilog guides or talking with support. The same term should mean the same thing throughout the product.
Customers and places
Client
: A customer of the portable sanitation operator using Sanilog.
Client site
: A customer work location where service happens. A client can have more than one site.
Tenant place
: An operator-owned location such as a yard, dump, fuel stop, water fill, or office.
Inventory and catalog
Asset
: An individually tracked rentable unit, usually identified separately from other units of the same type.
Gear
: Rentable equipment tracked as a bulk quantity rather than as individually identified units.
Consumable
: Stock that is depleted as the operation uses it.
Catalog
: Reusable suggestions for the products, services, fees, taxes, places, and other choices used to create operational records.
Work and billing
Agreement
: The accepted commercial and service terms for a client. It is the contract truth used to create recurring work.
Job
: A scheduled unit of operational work.
Task
: Driver work that must be completed as part of the operation.
Dispatch plan
: The assignments, stop order, and routes prepared for an operating day. The plan becomes operational truth after it is applied.
Charge
: An office-side billable fact produced by operational work.
Invoice line
: A frozen financial record on an issued invoice. Correct issued financial history with a new document instead of rewriting it.
People and access
Workspace
: The Sanilog environment for one portable sanitation operator.
Member
: A person or permanent automation actor belonging to the workspace.
Role
: The starting permission template assigned to a member.
Sani
: Sanilog’s permanent AI coworker. Sani’s available actions depend on its hired state and current permissions.
