## Sani belongs to the workspace

Every workspace has a permanent Sani identity so automated work remains attributable. Hiring controls whether Sani can use paid capabilities and product actions; permissions control which parts of the operation Sani can access.

Sani may be unable to complete a request when Sani is not hired, lacks the required access, or the necessary product records are not ready.
